Terms of Use

Enbbox Terms of Use — rules governing your access to and use of Enbbox notification infrastructure services, APIs, SDKs, and dashboard.

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

Welcome to Enbbox. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enbbox platform, website, APIs, SDKs, dashboard, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SWYPE FZE (Dubai, UAE) and Digital Services LLC (Batumi, Georgia) (collectively, "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

A. General

  1. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Company.
  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  3. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect.

B. Definitions

  • "Platform" means the Enbbox notification infrastructure, including the web dashboard, REST API, MCP server, Framework SDK, and all provider integrations.
  • "Project" means an isolated workspace within the Platform containing workflows, subscribers, integrations, and API keys.
  • "Subscriber" means an end-user of your application who receives notifications through the Platform.
  • "Workflow" means a notification flow defined within the Platform that orchestrates delivery across one or more channels.
  • "API Key" means the authentication credential issued to you for programmatic access to the Platform.

C. Account and Registration

  1. You must register for an account to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including API keys.
  3. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
  4. One person or entity may maintain only one free-tier account.
  5. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

D. Use of the Services

  1. Permitted Use. You may use the Services to send notifications to your application users through supported channels (In-App, Email, SMS, Push, Chat).
  2. Prohibited Use. You may not:
    • Use the Services to send unsolicited messages (spam) or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
    • Transmit malicious code, phishing content, or content that violates applicable law.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or other users' data.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
    • Resell or sublicense the Services without written consent.
    • Exceed published rate limits or abuse the Platform through automated means.
  3. Fair Use. Free-tier accounts are subject to a monthly event limit of 10,000 events. Exceeding this limit may result in throttling or account suspension.

E. Intellectual Property

  1. The Platform, including its source code, documentation, design, and trademarks, is the property of SWYPE FZE and Digital Services LLC.
  2. Content you submit through the Platform (notification templates, workflow configurations) remains your property.
  3. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content solely to provide the Services.
  4. The Enbbox open-source components are licensed under the MIT License. These Terms do not restrict rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.

F. Paid Services

  1. Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription ("Paid Plan").
  2. Pricing is published at enbbox.com/pricing and may be updated with 30 days' notice.
  3. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  4. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  5. Refunds are not available for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  6. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes do not affect existing billing periods.

G. Data and Privacy

  1. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  2. If you process personal data of EU/EEA residents through the Platform, you may need to execute our Data Processing Agreement.
  3. We act as a data processor on your behalf when delivering notifications to your subscribers.

H. Availability and Support

  1. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  2. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance.
  3. Support is provided via email and documentation. Paid plans include priority support as described in the plan details.

I. Limitation of Liability

  1. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  2. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
  3. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

J. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SWYPE FZE, Digital Services LLC, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your use of the Services.
  • Content you transmit through the Platform.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

K. Termination

  1. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the dashboard.
  2. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
  3. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

L. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as they pertain to SWYPE FZE, and by the laws of Georgia as they pertain to Digital Services LLC. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
