Braze

Integrate Braze with Enbbox for email notifications. Connect Braze's marketing platform for personalized email delivery with campaign tracking.

Overview

Braze is a customer engagement platform offering email, push, and in-app messaging.

Setup

  1. On dashboard.braze.com, go to Settings → API Keys
  2. Create a new API key with messages.send permission
  3. Note your REST API Endpoint (e.g., rest.iad-01.braze.com)
  4. In Enbbox: Integrations → Add Provider → Email → Braze
  5. Enter your API Key, API Endpoint, From Email, and Sender Name
  6. Click Test Connection → Activate
