GetStream

Integrate GetStream with Enbbox for chat notifications. Send in-app messages using GetStream's chat infrastructure.

Overview

GetStream provides a chat API and messaging SDK for building in-app chat experiences.

Setup

  1. Sign up at getstream.io and create an app
  2. Go to your app's Dashboard → copy the API Key and API Secret
  3. In Enbbox: Integrations → Add Provider → Chat → GetStream
  4. Enter your API Key and API Secret
  5. Click Test Connection → Activate
  6. Store subscriber channel IDs in credentials

Grafana OnCall

Integrate Grafana OnCall with Enbbox for incident notifications. Route alert notifications to on-call teams via Grafana's oncall platform.

Chat Webhook

Set up custom chat webhook integration in Enbbox. Send notifications to any chat platform via configurable webhook URLs.
