Integration Hub
Enbbox integrations hub — connect 21+ notification providers across email, SMS, push, and chat channels. Provider comparison, setup guides, and credential management.
The Integration Hub lets you connect Enbbox to third-party notification providers. Each channel requires at least one active integration to deliver notifications to your subscribers.
Provider vs. Integration
A provider is the third-party service (e.g., SendGrid, Twilio, FCM). An integration is your configured connection to that provider within Enbbox, including credentials, sender identity, and settings.
You can create multiple integrations for the same provider — for example, different SendGrid accounts for staging vs. production.
Primary vs. Active Integrations
For Email and SMS channels, one active integration is designated as primary. This is the default route for messages unless explicitly overridden per workflow.
For Push and Chat channels, all active integrations operate in parallel to deliver messages.
Setting Up an Integration
- Navigate to Integrations in the Enbbox dashboard
- Click Add Provider and select the channel and provider
- Enter your provider credentials (API key, tokens, etc.)
- Click Test Connection to verify credentials
- Activate the integration
