Amazon SNS

Integrate Amazon SNS with Enbbox for SMS notifications. Setup guide with IAM credentials and region configuration.

Overview

Amazon SNS (Simple Notification Service) supports SMS delivery worldwide.

Setup

  1. Create an IAM user with sns:Publish permission in the AWS Console
  2. Generate Access Key ID and Secret Access Key
  3. In Enbbox: Integrations → Add Provider → SMS → Amazon SNS
  4. Enter your Access Key ID, Secret Access Key, Region, and From Number/Sender ID
  5. Click Test Connection → Activate

[!NOTE] New AWS accounts are in the SMS sandbox — you can only send to verified numbers until you request production access.
