Infobip Email

Integrate Infobip Email with Enbbox for cross-channel notification delivery. Setup guide with API key and sender configuration.

Overview

Infobip is an omnichannel communications platform supporting email, SMS, and more.

Setup

  1. Sign up at infobip.com
  2. Go to Channels → Email → set up your sending domain
  3. Navigate to API Keys → generate a new key
  4. Note your Base URL (e.g., xxxxx.api.infobip.com)
  5. In Enbbox: Integrations → Add Provider → Email → Infobip
  6. Enter your API Key, Base URL, From Email, and Sender Name
  7. Click Test Connection → Activate
