Workflows are the foundation of Enbbox's notification system. This section walks you through building a complete multi-channel notification workflow.

Overview

Building a workflow involves:

1. Create — Start a new workflow in the dashboard
2. Configure — Set workflow properties and settings
3. Add Steps — Define channel and action steps
4. Add Content — Write notification templates
5. Trigger — Connect it to your application

Workflow Builder

The visual Workflow Builder in the Enbbox dashboard provides a drag-and-drop interface for designing notification sequences. You can:

• Add channel steps (in-app, email, SMS, push, chat)
• Add action steps (delay, digest, custom)
• Set conditions on steps
• Configure step-specific settings
• Preview notification content
