Integrate Twilio with Enbbox for SMS notifications. Setup guide with Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number or messaging service configuration.
Overview
Twilio is a global cloud communications platform for SMS, voice, and messaging.
Step 1: Get Your Credentials
- Sign up at twilio.com
- From the Console Dashboard, copy your Account SID and Auth Token
- Get a phone number: Phone Numbers → Buy a Number (or use the free trial number)
Step 2: Connect to Enbbox
- Navigate to Integrations → Add Provider → SMS → Twilio
- Enter your Account SID, Auth Token, and From Number (E.164 format, e.g.,
+15551234567) - Click Test Connection → Activate
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
Authenticate error | Verify Account SID and Auth Token |
| Trial account limitations | Trial can only send to verified numbers — upgrade to remove restriction |
Invalid From number | Ensure the number is in E.164 format and owned by your account |
