Azure SMS

Integrate Azure Communication Services with Enbbox for SMS notifications. Setup guide with connection string and phone number configuration.

Overview

Azure Communication Services provides SMS, voice, and chat APIs within the Azure ecosystem.

Setup

  1. Create an Azure Communication Services resource in the Azure Portal
  2. Go to Keys → copy your Connection String
  3. Purchase a phone number under Phone numbers
  4. In Enbbox: Integrations → Add Provider → SMS → Azure SMS
  5. Enter your Connection String and From Number
  6. Click Test Connection → Activate
