Email Providers

The Email channel lets you send rich HTML notifications, transactional receipts, password resets, and marketing messages through your preferred email provider.

How Email Works in Enbbox

1. Add an email provider — Connect your email service (SendGrid, SES, etc.) in the Integrations page
2. Add an Email step to your workflow — Configure the email template with subject, body, and variables
3. Set subscriber email — Enbbox delivers to the subscriber's email field automatically
4. Trigger the workflow — Enbbox routes the message through your active email provider

Default Sender Settings

Each email integration requires:

• From Email — The sender email address (must be verified with your provider)
• Sender Name — Display name shown in the recipient's inbox
